Project 1: Although this may look like a small extension on the outside. The extension has created a spacious area on the inside. This new area is now being used as the formal dining area. The seamless blend between the old and the new areas of the house was important to the client.   Project 2: The covered entertaining area was small with only enough room for the table and chairs. Extending the roof over the existing deck created more room and made this area more inviting to guests.   Project 3: The owners enjoyed their current location, but wanted a house with more space and an "open living" feel.  A complete lift and build under option was best for them.
